Season Stats

Short Bio

Technically in his junior year at Duke, Justin Robinson redshirted his freshman year and is now considered a redshirt sophomore season for Duke Basketball. Justin Robinson is also known as the guy on the team who is the son of NBA Hall Famer David Robinson, and you may occasionally see David Robinson at some Duke games watching the team play. Also, learn more about how Justin Robinson received his athletic scholarship to play at Duke by watching the video below.

Role on the Team

Another fan favorite, Justin Robinson unfortunately won't see many minutes this season. Although he has appeared in a few contests this year, most of his appearances have been in games that were well secured and in the closing minutes of the second half. Although not seeing any quality minutes this season, Robinson proved in high school that he can be a shot blocker, averaging 4.6 BPG as a senior and 5.6 BPG as a junior, and hopefully he can some minutes his junior or senior year.

Video Spotlight

Check out this video of Justin Robinson taken over the summer when he was given an athletic scholarhip for the basketball team. Robinson originally had a scholarhip in 2015-16 but later gave it up to Marques Bolden last season so that he can receive the scholarship to come to Duke.
